Romy Ceppetelli
RMT
Romy Valli Maria Ceppetelli began studying massage in 2014 at the Shiatsu School of Canada (AIM) where she trained in Shiatsu, Tuina, and Qigong and the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These teachings continue to inform her massage practice, particularly the Sinew Channels and how they connect with fascial theory.
She received her Massage Therapy Diploma from Kikkawa College (ICT Schools) and has been practicing under the CMTO since November of 2024. Keen on embodied experience, her education also encompasses twenty years of Yogic practice, ten years of Wushu (Taijiquan), pole dance, weight training and work as a Stretch Therapist.
As a massage therapist, Romy is passionate to assist in the rest and recovery of the body, its mobility, and its strength. She is in awe of the interaction of the nervous system with the visceral and musculoskeletal body. Her focus lies in collective healing and somatics – connecting the body, mind, and spirit. Her specialties include Tuina, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Message, Cupping, and Gua Sha and Muscle Energy Technique.
