The deposit can be shared with family and friends and is applicable at all Osteo Tuina locations, so everyone can enjoy the Value Program wherever is most convenient.

You may cancel or reschedule online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes or missed appointments will incur a 60% session fee.

Your commitment is important to us and supports the quality of care we provide. If scheduling is uncertain, we recommend walk-ins during business hours.

Acupuncture services are tax-exempt, while all other treatments are subject to 13% HST.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, debit, cash, and e-Transfer payments for your convenience.

As all therapists are licensed professionals, gratuities are not expected. Any tips offered as a gesture of appreciation are given in full to the therapist.
