Jingran Guo

RMT

Jingran is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Before pursuing massage therapy, she studied kinesiology, where she developed a strong understanding of human movement, exercise science, and rehabilitation. Her background has given her valuable experience in post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise-based self-care, and the management of knee ligament conditions, including ACL and MCL injuries.

Jingran was inspired to become an RMT after experiencing the benefits of massage therapy firsthand. Seeing how effective manual therapy could be in relieving pain and improving function motivated her to pursue a career where she could help others through hands-on care. She believes that combining movement with manual therapy provides a well-rounded approach to recovery and long-term wellness.
