Treatment Philosophy
Jack believes that lasting recovery begins with understanding the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply relieving pain. Jack combines hands-on manual therapy with functional rehabilitation strategies and meridian-based techniques to restore movement, improve stability, and support long-term recovery. His goal is not only to help clients feel better after treatment, but to improve overall function and reduce the likelihood of recurring injuries by addressing the underlying source of the problem.
