Qualifications

- Deep understanding of insurance systems including Telus, Sun Life, and Green Shield Canada (GSC)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with booking systems, POS, Google Workspace
